Hey Guys! How was everyone’s weekend? I had a pretty good weekend, we went to visit my family. It was equal parts relaxing and fun with lots of good food! This week is a big week, moving day is Saturday! I’m planning on having one last stoop night with my neighbors and have been busy packing up the remaining items. I’ve been taking car loads of things over on the weekends so there isn’t much left. I really only bought the essentials this week when I went grocery shopping. I don’t want to have to move anything extra! I bought bananas, strawberries and apples, yogurt, and spinach to get me through the week. My eats are a little off this week since I’m trying to clean out the cabinets and I’m sure by the end of the week I’ll have gotten take out once or twice. It’s an odd week so I’m completely ok with that!
*Please excuse the recycled photos for some meals! Picture taking hasn’t exactly been on my mind this week!
Breakfast.
I’m keeping breakfast simple this week and attempting to finish off the two boxes of half eaten cereal in the cabinet. Options this week include Honey Bunches of Oats, and Raisin Bran Crunch and skim milk on top. I’m still drinking my Skinnygirl Daily Cleanse (update this week, I promise) and coffee with skim milk and Truvia! I’m really digging the Truvia, I really can’t taste the difference between it and sugar. It’s one less place sugar is finding its way in to my diet so I’ll count it as a win for me!
I didn’t take a photo but I have been having about 4 or 5 strawberries with my cereal! Yum!
Lunch.
I’m still eating my banana around 10am everyday. The benefits that bananas give our bodies are tremendous! I always feel like I’m reading something about the nutrients you can get from bananas. Lunch was Boar’s Head Cajun Style Turkey with American cheese, honey mustard and lettuce on a Kaiser roll. I had Pirate’s Booty and an apple on the side. I actually had my Greek yogurt for dessert with a small scoop of peanut butter in it! So good!

Turkey, American Cheese and Lettuce on a Kaiser Roll, Pirates Booty, an Apple and a Chobani Greek Yogurt in Apple Cinnamon Flavor!
Dinner.
I had some spinach, lettuce, avocado and eggs to use up before I move so that became dinner. I’ve been having eggs for dinner at least once a week lately. They are quick and easy and you can dress them up so many different ways you never get bored! I want to make a Quiche soon for dinner.
I see some Thai food on the horizon for dinner soon! Yum!
Many thanks to Jen over at Peas and Crayons for hosting the link up! I can’t wait to see what you all are posting!
